Who we are (image of thought bubble) We are a non-profit organization that aims to work with individuals, local leaders, organizations, businesses, and the community at large to promote Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access. Our Mission: The Waunakee IDEA is a grassroots group of people who value Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access for all people. Our goal is to build bridges and break down barriers in order to strengthen our community through education. We draw inspiration from our community and will proactively empower and support those who need us the most. We strive to look at each day as an opportunity for growth through mutual respect and will work to bring an open heart and an open mind to every situation we encounter. The Waunakee IDEA is more than just a committee, we are a movement.
